RESERVATION POLICY FOR TEACHING ACTIVITIES
The kind Teacher must always remember:

To arrange reservations by telephone with the Teaching Office: Tel. 0836 485820

To confirm their reservation within 15 days of booking, by fax or e-mail, using the form provided by the Director/Person responsible for expenditures: Fax. 0836 485820, e-mail: museo@comune.maglie.le.it

The school guarantees the number of students indicated in the reservation form signed by the Director. No reduction will be made in the amount payable for the activity day if less students attend, unless the precise number of absentees is confirmed 3 days prior to the activity day.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancel your reservation by fax or e-mail, indicating the reasons for the cancellation, within and in no more than 15 days prior to the reserved date.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances after this date the School is required to guarantee a later date, to be agreed on with the Teaching Secretary.

The number of underprivileged or disabled students and their tutors must be indicated in the reservation fax, in the notes area.
FACILITIES
- Schools who book the same day for at least 50 pupils, without any addition, the Museum offers guided tours to the Municipal Library, which aims to give kids a first approach to thematic libraries.
- Schools who book the same day for 70 students, again without any addition, it offered the tour in Library and the screening of a documentary on it.
